HEALTHY ANKLE WEEK: EXERCISES TO STRENGTHEN THE ANKLE JOINTS
The end of July was the week of the healthy ankle. Together with our partner - the Dragons Cheerleaders Tübingen - we presented a daily exercise to strengthen the ankle joints. The simple but effective exercises can be performed quickly and easily at home or at work.
The athletes of the Dragons Cheerleader Tübingen show the correct execution of the exercises and give valuable tips.
Our feet and ankle joints form the basis for standing and every locomotion. Acute injuries or chronic complaints are unpleasant and can lead to impairments at work, in everyday life and in leisure time.
