WEEK OF HEALTHY BACK WITH SPORLASTIC AND ANNE SAUER
In mid-November we celebrated the week of healthy backs together with fencer Anne Sauer. Every day an exercise to strengthen the back muscles was presented.
A healthy back is the basis of a carefree everyday life. But often the back can also be the cause of other complaints in other parts of the body. For example, groin problems can be attributed to weak lumbar muscles.
The exercises are a quick and easy way to strengthen the back muscles. They can be performed at home or can be inserted into the daily routine at work.
